Lizzette’s journey in the world of aesthetics began at the CHI Academy, where she completed her esthetician training after attending San Antonio College. Originally from Laredo, Texas, Lizzette moved to San Antonio in 2010 and has since become an integral part of the community. Her passion for skincare and aesthetics is fueled by the satisfaction of seeing her patients leave the office with the results they desired.
For Lizzette, making a new patient feel their best starts with giving them hope and understanding their desires for their appearance. She takes pride in listening to her patients and helping them achieve the look they want. When she’s not at work, Lizzette enjoys indulging in a good steak dinner with wine, staying active through workouts, and spoiling her two beloved dogs.
Her ideal weekend involves spending time with friends and family, enjoying live music, and soaking up the sun at the beach or pool. At LIV Dermatology & Aesthetics, Lizzette’s favorite treatments are BBL and MOXI. She appreciates these treatments for their ability to provide a beautiful glow and rejuvenate the skin with minimal downtime.

Kailie, affectionately known as Kales, brings a unique blend of education and experience to her role at LIV Dermatology & Aesthetics. With a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and additional studies in Psychology, Kailie’s academic background provides a solid foundation for her work in dermatology. Her journey began as a temporary Medical Assistant, where she quickly proved her capabilities and transitioned to a full-time role. Through hands-on experience and mentorship from physicians and fellow MAs, Kailie has mastered the skills necessary to excel in her field.
Originally from Oregon, Kailie has spent most of her life in the Austin area before moving to San Antonio in 2018 to complete her degree at UTSA. Now, she considers San Antonio her home. Kailie’s mornings may start with sheer willpower, but her love for her coworkers, whom she considers family, and her passion for patient care, drive her through the day. She finds joy in forming meaningful connections with patients, getting to know their stories, and ensuring they feel welcome and cared for.
Kailie’s approach to patient care is centered on warmth and thoroughness. She believes that a friendly and comforting demeanor, combined with clear and detailed explanations of regimens, wound care, or cosmetic procedures, helps patients feel their best. Outside of work, Kailie enjoys painting, playing the acoustic guitar, and is on the path to becoming a dermatologist herself. Her ideal weekend includes sleeping in, reading a good book, or enjoying the sun on a boat at the lake with friends.

Originally from Corpus Christi, Hailey has called San Antonio home for the past six years. She is driven by the chance to boost people’s confidence through LIV’s treatments, finding fulfillment in the creative process of building the brand and engaging with clients. Hailey ensures that every new patient feels welcomed and informed, using real success stories to build trust and set realistic expectations.
Outside of work, Hailey is a concert enthusiast, often found enjoying live country music with friends. She also has a deep love for Italian cuisine and traveling. Outside of work, Esha is a certified yoga instructor who enjoys reading translated books and reminiscing about her time living in Barcelona.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her two children, going to parks, and hanging out with her family. She also has a dog named Miles and a love for cheesecake and concerts. She began her educational path by earning a Bachelor of Biology from Penn State University in 2006, followed by completing a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Savannah, GA, in 2011. Anny is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA), underscoring her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of practice.
Twelve years ago, Anny moved to the San Antonio area, where she has since become an integral part of the community. Her passion for dermatology is fueled by the positive impact she has on her patients’ lives. Anny takes great pride in addressing her patients’ concerns, improving their conditions, and providing the thorough care they deserve, especially when they have felt overlooked by others. The gratitude she receives from patients for making a real difference in their lives is her daily motivation.

With over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership, Josh is responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the practice—from the front desk to clinical coordination—runs with precision, intention, and care. He oversees daily operations, supports a high-performing team, and implements protocols that elevate the patient experience while optimizing workflow and efficiency. Josh plays a key role in shaping LIV’s commitment to seamless, luxury-driven dermatologic care. From financial performance and EMR integration to patient flow and staff development, his leadership strengthens the foundation of the practice and supports its ongoing growth. He is known for cultivating a collaborative, values-led environment where both patients and staff feel supported, seen, and empowered.
But LIV isn’t just his workplace—it’s personal. Josh is married to Dr. Tessa Cervantes, one of LIV’s founders and board-certified dermatologist. The two are high school sweethearts and proud parents of two children. Coding Specialist, she has spent 13 years in the medical field, with a decade dedicated to dermatology. Beginning her career in pediatrics before transitioning into cosmetic
dermatology, she has gained expertise in laser treatments, skincare guidance, and pre- and post-procedure care. Her knowledge extends across both medical and aesthetic
dermatology, allowing her to help patients navigate their skincare journeys with
confidence.
A San Antonio native who spent her high school years in Spring Branch, Stephanie is deeply rooted in the local community. She finds the most fulfillment in her work through the personal connections she builds with patients, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and
comfortable throughout their experience at LIV Dermatology. She takes pride in learning about their lifestyles, routines, and goals, helping them achieve the best possible results
